Processing Time:

  • All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • All preorders will ship in the designated ETA window. If there are any preorders in your order, the entire order will ship together when the preorder(s) come in. 
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Locations:

  • We proudly ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays caused by carriers.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
  • We occasionally offer promotions with discounted or free shipping, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Home Team Kids is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Home Team Kids Return Policy

At Home Team Kids, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

We accept returns of unused and unwashed clothing within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with original clear bag, and free from any signs of wear.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team at hometeamkidsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Pack Your Return: Ensure that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
  3. Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Final Sale Items: All PREORDER, custom orders, sale items, Black Friday and personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your order has been shipped, please note that we are no longer in control of the delivery process. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We ship all orders via USPS, and once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of USPS. If you experience any delays, issues, or concerns with delivery, we kindly ask that you contact USPS directly for assistance using your tracking number.

We are always happy to help with general questions, but please understand that we are unable to expedite or reroute packages once they have been shipped.
