Refund policy
At Home Team Kids, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Window:
We accept returns of unused and unwashed clothing within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with original clear bag, and free from any signs of wear, including odors.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team at hometeamkidsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Pack Your Return: Ensure that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Return item(s) must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery or they will not be accepted.
- Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund for the cost of the item(s) to the original form of payment. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Final Sale Items: All sale, personalized, custom, Black Friday, discounted, swimwear, and PREORDER items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Holiday Items: Holiday items that you may wish to return or exchange must fall in the return window and policy listed above AND be returned more than 21 days before the holiday purchased for. Within 21 days of the holiday that the item was purchased for, the items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Quality issue or manufacturing defect: If you believe your item is damaged or defective, or you are missing an item from your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.
Cancelling orders: We are only able to cancel orders within 24 hours of placing your order. Some in stock orders could ship in less than 24 hours, if your order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email us at hometeamkidsllc@gmail.com. If you decide not to keep your items after they ship, please refer to our return/exchange policy.
