  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Locations:

  • We proudly ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays caused by carriers.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
  • We occasionally offer promotions with discounted or free shipping, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Home Team Kids is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Home Team Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues. Please contact us if you believe your package is lost.

 

Home Team Kids Return Policy

At Home Team Kids, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

We accept returns of unused and unwashed clothing within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and free from any signs of wear.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team at hometeamkidsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Pack Your Return: Ensure that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  3. Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Final Sale Items: All sale items and personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
